Job Description
Our client currently seek a Senior Business Finance Analyst on a permanent basis working as part of the finance team and in conjunction with global colleagues (Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, etc.) and the Site Leadership team.
The successful candidate with focus on consolidating and reporting restructuring headcount and costs for a global supply chain project, including actuals, forecasts and multi-year plans.
A key delivery in this role is restructuring of the ideal movement of product from the supplier to the consumer, along with returns and other service requirements.
Responsibilities for Senior Business Finance Analyst:
- Maintain effective control systems for areas under your responsibility ensuring full compliance with Corporate Policy, SOX & GAAP.
- Tracking and validating ‘Ideal Product Flow’ actual and forecast savings, including alignment with existing internal systems.
- Mapping impact of ‘Ideal Product Flow’ on Standard Costing and Operations Finance reporting.
- Provide other analysis and support to the global ‘Ideal Product Flow’ project team as required, including financial assessment of potential sub-projects and other opportunities.
- Communicate analysis to the Leadership team on Site and help co-ordinate the preparation of the executive summaries that are provided to Leadership team on Site and executive team in US.
Requirements for Senior Business Finance Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is preferred.
- Professional Accountancy qualification.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Costing and Manufacturing Support
- Proven experience in delivering Continuous Improvement.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet critical financial deadlines.
- Strong customer focus, good collaboration and team working skills.
- Previous experience with SAP S4 Hana
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, proficient with Excel.
