Biologics Supervisor
with high level of energy needed for a start-up operation, and the ability to manage people, achieve results and implement and maintain change.
Candidates must have aseptic manufacturing experience
Responsibilities of Biologics Supervisor:
Supervise all aspects of aseptic formulation, filling and packaging of products
Management of the manufacturing team to ensure that safety, quality and productivity goals are met.
Setting performance expectations and coaching to drive and achieve results.
Supervision of the warehouse operation, including receiving and shipping of material.
Supporting the set-up, adjustments, sterilisation and operation of all filling machinery using aseptic techniques.
Ensure following cGMP guidelines, safety procedures and SOPs at all times.
Requirements of Biologics Supervisor:
Third level technical qualification, preferably in Engineering or a Science discipline
5 years experience in a supervisory role within an aseptic manufacturing environment is an essential pre-requisite to apply for this role.
Proven experience in maintaining an aseptic facility.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to ensure that a strong culture of team working is built.
