Manufacturing Production Supervisor
Our client, a large multinational company, now seeks a Production Supervisor who would be responsible for managing all aspects impacting the successful functioning of their areas: i.e. people management, product, capacity, quality and training of the Manufacturing Team.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract role.
Responsibilities of Manufacturing Production Supervisor:
Monitoring of Team Member performance i.e. output, quality, safety, attendance and in conjunction with HR, carry out timely performance appraisals, counseling and disciplinary actions if required.
Meet / Exceed Manufacturing requirements i.e. output requirements, line fill targets, efficiency, area safety and plant quality goals.
Participate in the recruitment process and manage training requirements in conjunction with H.R.
Develop/Facilitate cost improvement initiatives.
Maintain all areas of responsibility to high levels of GMP.
Support introduction of new products/process in the area.
Implement and support HR policies and practices
Maintain systems and processes to all ISO, cGMP requirements and FDA regulations.
Requirements of Manufacturing Production Supervisor:
Bachelors Degree in Science, Engineering or similar.
Third level qualification or other with a combination of experience will also be taken into account.
5 - 7 years experience in a Manufacturing environment (preferably GMP regulated), 2 years of which at Supervisor level.
