Microbiology Lab Manger
responsibility for the day to day running of the Laboratory, leading the laboratory team and managing the laboratory budget, for our client based in Connaught.
Responsibilities of Microbiology Lab Manger:
Manage raw material, in process, finished product testing and stability programmes.
Ensuring site quality systems comply with ISO, FDA, QSR and MDD regulations.
Ensuring that the Laboratory function meets its customer quality, service, regulatory and financial goals.
Providing technical support to the plant sterilization operations through project participation, event investigation, validation and testing activities.
Providing technical support to laboratory and sterilization personnel.
Requirements of Microbiology Lab Manger:
Degree in Microbiology or related discipline.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Proven experience in ISO 13485 quality system.
Proven microbiology experience in sterilisation facility and good bioburden & endotoxin testing.
