Process Engineer - Fill Finish Operations
required to provide specialist support in terms of critical process parameters and product quality attributes.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in process scale-up to large scale manufacturing and has led process and product transfer projects.
Responsibilities of Process Engineer:
Design and execution of experimental programmes, including lab scale operations and studies.
Scale-up and technology transfer project lead role.
Process development programme design, execution and implementation.
Technical representative for assessment and development of process change control and regulatory submission proposals.
Process/product deviation investigation and resolution.
Training delivery of technical training programmes.
Requirements of Process Engineer:
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Science, Pharmacy or a related discipline.
8+ year's industrial experience in similar role, of which 2 years will be in an aseptic processing environment.
Proven experience in process scale-up to large scale manufacturing.
Strong experience in leading process & product transfer projects, including NPI.
Fill finish experience is a must have.
