Strong people manager who has proven experience in managing large production / manufacturing teams in a fast paced environment to drive; production, capacity, quality and training of the Production team for new product introductions.

2) Lean Manufacturing Engineers / larry(at)rftgroup.ie
Assist in the development and analysis of process, product, material or equipment specifications and performance requirements for New Product Introductions.  

3) Planner Buyer / laurentina(at)rftgroup.ie
Assume responsibility for a dedicated set of products, process or technology with responsibility for ensuring that all Planning & procurement standards and specifications are achieved in line with requirements.

4) Manufacturing Engineers / eimear(at)rftgroup.ie
To provide technical leadership and engineering support for process improvements of existing products being manufactured on site.

5) Industrial Engineers / larry(at)rftgroup.ie
To lead and co-ordinate Lean activities in the Value Stream Process with special emphasis on Transaction Process Mapping and Transaction Efficiency Improvement.

6) Quality Specialists / larry(at)rftgroup.ie
To drive and implement process improvements to ensure predictable processes across all product lines (e.g. Risk Reduction, Yield improvements, Customer complaint reduction, Change Control) to FDA requirements.

The ideal candidate would be coming from a highly regulated environment with influencing skills at all levels in the organisation. Proven record on change management, the use of lean manufacturing tools and an ability to influence the DFM process

This position will provide support to Manufacturing and Interact cross functionally with internal and external customers, to facilitate efficient operations within the production area and to optimise existing processes, and to ensure that production goals are met.
