Associate Director, Supply Planning and S&OP
Our client, a Biopharma company based in Munster region with strong development pipeline and multiple blockbuster products, now seeks an experienced Supply Planning and Sales and operations planning (S&OP) for an Associate Director level for a senior role on their manufacturing site.

Purpose of this role is to develop and implement programs with Global Planning, CMO suppliers and\or internal cross-functional team members to support continuous improvement activities in a site based role. This is a hybrid role, requiring some weekly presence on site.

The successful candidate will focus on Supply Planning activities related to the 3 – 18 months horizon, including the management of the MPS monthly cycle with Global Supply Chain, NPI, Inventory Management and coordinating the overall Site Supply Review process.

The ideal candidate will possess good planning and organizational skills coupled with strong communication, time management skills and an aptitude for working with computer systems to plan and manage supply chain requirements in cGMP pharmaceutical operations environment.

Previous experience master production scheduling, network planning with CMOs and implementation of Supply Chain systems is required. Strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing a team is also required.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or advance Degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field is preferred.
10+ years Supply Chain industry experience, of which ideally 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical operations/cGMP environment.
Possess up-to-date knowledge of business operating systems, MPS Planning, production scheduling, SAP, Kinaxis Rapid Response, ERP system software, etc. Proficiency with Excel, advanced user preferred.
Project management, supply chain and continuous improvement experience.
Budget management and financial analysis skills.
People management and project leadership experience.
Knowledgeable in cGMP operations functionality with specific emphasis on warehouse operations.
Strong communication skills, and leading performance management decisions.
