Job Description

Project Manager Artwork Change Control Coordinator
Manage projects, programs, portfolio and change control for material changes/implementation (raw material, auxiliaries, excipients, packaging, labels) for all Tech Ops manufacturing sites ensuring supply continuity and business growth.
Coordinate the implementation of raw materials and artworks for a group of products while balancing plant efficiency, sales, distribution, customer service, and meeting inventory, manufacturing, quality and regulatory requirements.
Align controversial Supply Chain factors and needs (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management) in the context of material/label change to one Supply Chain implementation strategy and decision-making process.

Responsibilities:
Project and Portfolio Management
Manage overall portfolio and projects for raw material and label changes for all products/plants considering the lowest possible impact on market supply and manufacturing operations while still maintaining highest possible efficiency in change implementation.
Lead cross-divisional or cross-functional projects with a broad scope Identify and engage necessary resources. Identify barriers and recommend solutions. Develop a project plan and execute to timeline. Communicate project status to requestors, customers and senior management.
Define implementation plan and if required mitigation strategy based on supply/demand forecast. Optimise inventory levels with Supply Planning to reduce the financial impact of the change while securing the launch of the new material.
Align different Supply Chain views and needs (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management) in the context of material/label change to one Supply Chain implementation strategy.
Leads global teams (internal/external) in defining program strategies, developing goals, assigning project tasks and ensures the team meets all goals.
Analyse complex data with the understanding of trade-offs between different business objectives and present recommendations

Process Management
Transparently monitor, control and report process performance of material/label changes.
Ensure globally harmonised application of raw material and artwork implementation processes across the different functions and facilities
Define and control transparent process for business case development of requested material/label changes as a base for the definition of project priority and required implementation target date.
Continuous process alignment and improvement

Problem Solving
Initiate escalation process and facilitate problem-solving for issues endanger supply continuity or fulfilment of business critical goals.

Consultation
Represent Supply Chain in material/artwork projects (if not driven/managed by Material Change Management), provide expert statements and provide training/technical consultation if required.

Relations
Establishes and maintains relationships with customers (sites), stakeholders, third parties/vendors.

Education & Experience Requirements:
Education in natural sciences, biotechnology or engineering: minimum bachelor degree (or at least 5 years proven practical experience as described below)
Bachelor or higher: min 2 years of professional experience in manufacturing and/or quality in (bio)pharmaceutical production (GMP environment)
Project Management Change Control, Supply Chain, Materials Management knowledge
IT: ERP systems (C3ME or others), EQM systems (e.g. TrackWise, ISOtrain), project management tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
English (fluent)
Practical experience in material and/or label change in GMP environment
Specific/certified education in Supply Chain Management or Project Management beneficial
Domestic/International travel may be required up to 10%
