Job Description
Our client, a fast growing Clinical Development Company, now seek a Clinical Study Manager to oversee their Clinical Study and ensure completion of such to all applicable regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will work directly with the Principal Investigators and perform such duties as: managing process of patient through clinical trial process; performing statistical data analysis and provide written reports of the findings.
Responsibilities of Clinical Study Manager:
Facilitates information flow between program members, scientific directors, and the Foundation.
Coordinates the decision-making process between all program participants.
Supervises lower level program members.
Assists with the development and formulation of Fiscal Year budget requests.
Reviews space utilization within the Program makes recommendations accordingly.
Provides advice on manpower utilization, work flow, and operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity, and make overall improvements for the program.
Assists with the preparation of reports and requests for contract actions and proposals.
Coordinates and approves the initiation and processing of purchase orders, travel requests, supply sources, work orders and maintenance.
Requirements for Clinical Study Manager:
Evidence of ability to conduct clinical and translational studies including the following: chart reviews, specimen processing, data management, interacting with physicians, nurses, and other laboratory personnel.
Ability to analyze data and summarize findings for incorporation into reports.
Must be able to prepare oral and written presentations based on data analysis and study summary.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clinical and translational studies, develop policies and procedures for clinical study execution and oversight.
