Job Description
Our client, is a major multinational pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Dublin, now seek an Electrical and Instrumentation Team Lead who will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of a team of maintenance craft personal on the plant.
The successful candidate will manage investigations and will also support the management of technical assessments, HAZOPs and the change control process. This hire will proactively identify improvement initiatives to improve operational reliability and drive these through to implementation.
This staff contract role with benefits plan. The contract duration is for circa 18 months.
Responsibilities of Electrical and Instrumentation Team Lead:
? Maintaining site safety standards and proactively improving the site safety culture
? Supervising all site maintenance activities
? Effective management of unionised craft resources
? Training and development of the maintenance team
? Optimising department CMMS utilisation to lead to benchmark
? Managing finance/compiling financial reports
? Implementing and promoting the use of RCM principles across the maintenance group including FMEA, PDM, LCCA & RCA
? Reviewing and approving work orders in order to ensure GMP and EHS compliance
? MRO inventory management
Requirements for Site Maintenance Planner:
? Degree in Electrical Engineering or related Craft qualification..
? 7+ years? experience in the area of maintenance / operation of process and utilities equipment.
? Proven knowledge of Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and automated control systems would be beneficial in addition to a working knowledge of CMMS, Microsoft Office and MS Project programmes.
? Excellent communication / presentation skills.
? Excellent organizational and planning skills.
