Maintenance Technician - Permanent - Dublin

My client a leading Multinational Healthcare Manufacturing company now require a Maintenance Technician to join their expanding team.

This is a permanent role based in Dublin and it comes with a very good salary with good benefits.

Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician

? Preventative and corrective maintenance across a range of process and packaging equipment. Including; Capsule fillers, tablet presses, blenders, dispensing stations, blister lines and liquid filling equipment.
? Self-Management of workload which includes liaising with production to organise time on equipment and ordering in relevant parts/materials from outside vendors.
? Updating of the CMMS system
? Electrical/Mechanical modification and upgrades to equipment
? Supporting projects department in installation of new equipment
? Maximise performance and efficiency by means of preventive and breakdown maintenance support, and will also be expected to take part in Continuous Improvement activities on site.

Requirements of Maintenance Technician

? A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience is required.
? Trades or diploma background along with experience in hands on maintenance and troubleshooting of high-speed filling and packaging equipment, particularly blister and sachet filling machines.
? Willingness to work a shift.
? Experience in a similar pharmaceutical role is considered an advantage but will consider other regulated industries
