NPI Project Manager
We now seek an experienced Project Manager for a dynamic and highly technical team, operating as part of the global development team. This hire will provide the efficient planning of global projects and communication to the leadership team.

This ideal candidate will be a self-driven individual, with excellent organisational and communication abilities who is experienced in building systems. This is a newly created role within the company.

This role will offer global exposure while providing structures that foster innovation of constantly evolving development activities.

Responsibilities of NPI Project Manager:
Developing systems to co-ordinate the planning and reporting of day-to-day development project activities (location, equipment, materials and people).
Developing and implementing systems to improve the efficiency of development activities.
Provide data and support the area supervisors and technical staff in the management of development activities and delivery of project milestones.
Identifying constraints/risks and escalating to Management as appropriate with mitigation recommendations. Identify opportunities for cross-project synergies.
Developing, standardising and maintaining communication channels with key stakeholders.
Coordinate project management status reporting activities for the Development area, manages project communications tools in-order to provide up-to-date project information and documentation to the team, functional area and Management.
Interfacing with site functions on cross-functional project demands.
Presents project issues/ clashes to management and stakeholders (verbally and written) in a clear, logical, impactful style.
Support department in defining, measuring and reporting KPIs.

Requirements for NPI Project Manager:
Bachelor?s Degree qualification in a Science, Engineering or Technical discipline is preferred.
Project Management training (CAPM/PMP or Cert/Dip in PM or similar) and experience is preferred.
Advanced computer skills in MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
6+ years? experience in a planning / co-ordination function in a fast paced industry. Ideally some experience in FDA regulated industry.
Strong project planning capabilities.
Highly adaptable with ability to respond positively and flexibly to change.
General technical competency i.e. ability to understand, record and track STEM discussions.
Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
