required to lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure delivery of the commercial product portfolio to company KPIs and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will manage the performance of direct reports and have input into the overall team development and performance of the Manufacturing team on an-going basis.
Responsibilities for Manufacturing Manager, Pharma:
Ensure that the plant operates to the required standards in terms of cGMP and safety.
Responsible for Identifying and addressing any issues with the potential to impact KPIs for the commercial product portfolio.
Lead continuous improvement and innovation in line with lean thinking and process excellence to ensure process robustness, process understanding and continuity of supply to the customer
Meet with cross-functional management staff to evaluate operation?s needs, resolve problems and obstacles, provide resources, reset direction and maximise resolutions.
Ensure all quality and regulatory requirements and objectives are met, and ensure the Facility and team are audit ready.
Ensure all operations reports are trained against SOPs and GMP requirements relevant to their job.
Requirements for Manufacturing Manager, Pharma:
Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering, Science/related discipline.
8+ years? experience in pharmaceutical operations environment
5+ years supervisory/ people management experience, ideally in matrix organisation.
Proven experience in delivering process improvements through lean manufacturing concepts, into production environment.
Proven ability to build relationships within and across groups using effective influencing and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in delivering on KPI's and realising profit.
