Job Description
My client is a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company who are looking to recruit an experienced QC Microbiology Trainer who will be responsible for organising and facilitating learning and development within the lab to expedite the acquisition of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for effective job performance.
The QC Microbiology trainer is also responsible for developing and maintaining the training module in the Microbiology Lab by designing competency-based training, completing assessments on trained technicians and developing training aids as a refresher training support e.g DVDs, presentations, flow diagrams. Furthermore, they will be required to update the training manuals and SOPs as well as review & maintenance of LMS system and curricula
The QC Microbiology Trainer will be knowledgeable of procedures and regulations pertaining to microbial testing including EM, sterility, endotoxin, MLT, APET testing, growth promotion, antibiotic assay and microbial identifications and will ensure that the training procedures are in line with these procedures and regulations. The Trainer will also be knowledgeable of site EHS and HR policies and ensure training is in line with these policies
