Job Description
The Quality Co-Ordinate will be responsible for the compliance with Regulatory Requirements and Quality Systems Management and processing of Customer Orders
Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to all aspects of Quality Management System
Label all incoming materials with appropriate material status during the “Goods In” or “Return” process
Perform incoming inspection of all materials against product specifications
Issue Batch Packaging Records for Customer Orders
Perform temperature monitoring and oversight of the GMP Area and Incoming materials
Perform Quality tasks during Batch Packaging Process
Perform Quality Review and Approval during Batch Packaging Process
Perform Quality Review and Approval of GMP Area cleaning
Assist Quality Manager with the execution of all aspects of Quality Management System
Ensure Training Records are current
Communication to QP and Senior Management
Acts a deputy for Quality Manager
Receive and log Customer Orders into Customer Order Form
Essential Skills and Experience:
Experience in a GMP Quality Systems Management
Customer Service with Good Communication skills
Proficient in Word and Excel
