Job Description
Our client, a multinational medtech company, now seek Senior Engineer who will work cross-functionally to lead process development of complex technologies on new products and ensures efficient and effective transfer of product into product
The successful candidate will assesses process capabilities, prioritizes process improvement opportunities, and innovates and implements process improvements on platform or derivative projects.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in applying their technical knowledge to innovate, design, and develop processes, procedures, tooling and/or automation in Hitech industry.
This is a permanent role based in Munster region.
Requirements for Senior Process Engineer:
Honours Bachelor’s Degree (Level 8) technical qualification in engineering or related discipline.
Strong knowledge in electronics with proven strong problem solving abilities and the ability to project manage issues to closure.
7+ years’ related work experience required, ideally in process engineering role.
Must have a strong vision and an ability to influence the organization in the direction of technology driven solutions.
Experience of working in a regulated environment essential
The successful candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative, while possessing strong team player characteristics.
Strong communication skills required
