The primary purpose of the Value Demonstration & Access Manager role is to manage and coordinate the development/adaptation of health technology assessment (HTA) submissions.
Also to support pricing and HTA submissions for new and existing products (including epidemiological inputs and comprehensive budget impact models).
A secondary purpose of the role is to manage, support and operationalise product pricing, the business case process for both tender submissions and new product submissions and to perform the required pricing analytics.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Five years' experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
Strong Market Access, Pharmaceutical Pricing, Health Economics and Health Service Knowledge.
Degree in a relevant technical or scientific discipline.
Graduate degree (Masters or Doctorate) in a relevant medical data analytic field such as health economics, epidemiology, and biostatistics.
Understanding of Market Access processes and supporting functions or equivalent industry experience.
Focussed on evidence evidence-based making.
Experience developing decision making tools to support tender submissions.
Modelling assumptions and inputs for cost-utility submissions.
Epidemiological assumptions and inputs into patient flow analysis.
Strong problem solving & analytical skills; ability to digest & solve complex problems.
Highly organised; ability to prioritise; time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
