Our client based in Galway, seeks a HR Manager with proven experience of managing employee relations, strategic HR and planning and HR processes within their busy manufacturing business. This is a permanent role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for competency development, succession planning, talent management, talent acquisition, labour relations, employment law compliance, employee relations, employee engagement, change management and process improvement.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in a similar role with demonstrated experience in people management on issues regarding performance, development and organization effectiveness and driving high performance over a sustainable long term period.
Requirements for HR Manager, Manufacturing:
Honours Bachelor's Degree in human Resources or a relevant discipline
5+ years' experience in a HR Manager or HR Business Partner role in manufacturing environment
Strong Presentation, Communication and Influencing Skills
Demonstrated experience of driving continuous improvement processes.
