required to programme manage activities for the development and delivery of new product portfolio with a healthcare company based in Cork.
The successful candidate will plan and direct overall new product introduction activities to deliver next generation product, acting as the primary liaison between R&D and the plant.
The ideal candidate will provide a strong cross functional interface, with responsibility to standardise new product introduction and product transfer processes on the site.
Responsibilities of Process Engineering Programme Manager:
Lead innovatation, design & development of processes, procedures, tooling and automation.
Assesses process capabilities and lead innovation of process improvements.
Plans, organizes, and conducts all aspects of technical reviews.
Writes and reviews validation protocols and reports applicable to new processes.
Oversees development builds associated with the project using special work requests.
Contributes ideas to or generates Intellectual Property submissions.
Directs engineers and technicians when required as part of a validation.
May serve as a core team member or extended team member on new product projects.
Develops qualified production lines.
Requirements of Process Engineering Programme Manager:
Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering, ideally Mechanical, Polymers, Chemical, Materials or Biomedical Engineering.
7+ years engineering experience, with majority of experience in the Process Development or New Product Introduction.
Strong project management experience, with track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good leadership abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
