Our client is at start-up phase, this will be an excellent challenging and rewarding time for the Cleanroom Process Operator Technician.
You will be part of a team responsible for processing and minor maintenance duties on a fully automated filling and packaging line in a regulated environment.
The Cleanroom Process Operator Technician will look after the day to day running of our aseptic filling and packaging processes. The successful candidates will also have responsibilities for utilities monitoring in conjunction with maintenance technician and service providers where applicable.
The current work pattern for these positions is days, 37.5hrs per week.
Carry out filling/packaging activities and ensure that all activities are performed to cGMP standard.
Minor maintenance of the processing line and utilities in conjunction with Maintenance technician and contract specialist service providers
Ensure that classified areas and its environment are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness in line with cGMP.
Support and work proactively with all members of the production business unit in maximising performance
Focus on delivering continuous improvement projects to reduce downtime and improve performance
Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain and complete all company documentation to the highest cGMP standard accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, Health & Safety, environmental and company standards.
Environmental Monitoring of classified areas
Audit preparation & Participation
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Experience:
You must have mechanical aptitude or trade qualification.
Minimum of 2 years' experience within a regulated Pharmaceutical / Medical Device clean room environment ideally with previous process experience within an aseptic fill environment.
Experience within a regulated packing area
Experience in equipment installation desirable
Experience in Commissioning & Validation desirable
Experience with vision systems and control systems desirable.
Experience in Commissioning & Validation desirable.
Desirable Junior / Senior Trade qualified fitter or Mechatronics technician certification.
Desirable Science / Pharmaceutical certification
