Sales Lead Generation Executive

Our client is a highly successful multinational company that enjoys a leadership position in the development and manufacture of its high technology products.
This a newly created full-time appointment reporting to the Director of Sales, Europe and working closely with senior sales management, you will be responsible for inside sales with a particular focus on sales lead generation as result of tactical market analysis for Medical, Pharmaceutical, Electronic and Industrial markets. You should have a keen interest in business intelligence and be motivated to keep yourself up-to-date with target customer strategy, market trends and be able to disseminate information into tangible sales leads for the sales force.
Apply company?s business development strategy in target markets to identify and evaluate market and company information sources.
Lead the company to a greater understanding of our customers medium and long term strategy.
Identify possible project opportunities, identify company organisation structures, generate contact names within
customers R&D, procurement, sourcing and marketing departments.
Disseminate, collate and organise the information gained into communication packages useful to the sales team.
Assist the sales team in setting up meetings with the leads generated.
Travel to customer sites and exhibitions when required.
Together with the Director of Sales evaluate and feedback the outcome of the intelligence gained.
Identify exhibitions, conferences and webinars for attendance.

Experience in lead generation and/or sales desireable
Experience in a B2B sales environment.
Creativity in you approach to work and getting results.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong listening and leadership skills.
Proficient IT skills in Word,
Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in working proactively in a sales team environment.
Ability to travel internationally when required.
This job would typically lead to a move into International sales which would position require 60%+ international travel within Europe.
