Our client, a blue-chip multinational company based in Galway, now seek a Site Facilities Portfolio Manager who will work in a Strategic role as part of the Facilities Leadership team on Site and in conjunction with the Global Facilities team. This role offers global visibility within a blue-chip multi-national company and opportunity to progress in either Site, European or Corporate teams.

The successful hire will play a key role in developing and managing the multi-year Facilities Master Plan for the Galway campus and delivering similar projects globally within the corporation. This role will manage contracts with key construction & engineering partners, ensuring strong oversight on commercial contractual processes.

Additionally this hire with take on strategic initiatives, such as introducing standard project management tools across the portfolio, managing and supporting these projects to ensure the portfolio is achieved. Also, driving Energy Management project to become carbon neutral.

The ideal candidate will have a proved track record in Programme / Portfolio Management, in delivery of large scale construction projects supporting the engineering project lifecycle for GMP Manufacturing Facilities.

Expertise in Operational Excellence, including: leading specific team events, facilitation and bringing people from different areas together to focus on delivering specific outcomes for each event.

Proven expertise in all aspects of Construction Engineering, including: Design, Construction, EH&S, Operations, Commissioning & Validation, Change & Risk Management and Regulatory Audits is preferred.
