Job Description

Customer Services /Supply Chain Specialist
The customer services and supply chain is an integrated role that works across several functions and forms the core of the company's order to cash process.
The role reports to the VP Supply Chain and General Manager
Creating and updating dealer stock reports and spreadsheets
KPI reports
Invoicing inbound and outbound orders
Contacting customers to arrange deliveries, report delays and confirm status updates
Daily conference calls to discuss future orders, logistic concerns and on-going collections & deliveries.
Recording and monitoring customer stock levels
Dealing with customer issues and queries during inbound and outbound calls while logging all customer information
Monitoring and reviewing status reports from carrier companies
Responding to customer emails to help resolve their queries


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Required: BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related Field
Required: 2-3 years related experience in a similar function in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry with an all-round knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Customer Services including Freight Forwarding and Logistics activity
Excellent understanding of GxP requirements and how this permeates through all functions.
Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated an understanding of the criticality of attention to detail, data accuracy and document control
Excellent organisational and customer service skills particularly when under pressure, being pro-active rather than re-active with proven ability to improve processes and department efficiencies
Comfortable working in a dynamically changing environment with a multidisciplinary team
Willingness to travel (10-20%)
Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
