eClinical Project Manager
Our client, a growing, innovative platform technology company, are currently recruiting for an eClinical Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers flexibility to work remotely. The eClinical Project Manager will lead, plan, and maintain the overall delivery of the organisations products and services for clinical research studies.

The successful candidate will focus on project plans/timelines, risk mitigation, action items, conflict resolution, customer satisfaction and ensuring projects are delivered with the highest quality on schedule within budget. As eClinical Project Manager you will be primary point of contact for the organization’s customers and partners.

The ideally candidate will be detail-oriented, customer focused and experienced clinical research team member with demonstrated experience as an eClinical Project Manager.

Responsibilities for eClinical Project Manager:
  • Design and implement the project strategy and translate the agreed upon approach to the organisations’ customers and partners
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and partners to lead communication, project milestones and overall delivery on schedule
  • Lead and organise the internal cross functional team
  • Lead problem solving and resolution efforts by assisting with issue identification, resolution, documentation, and escalation
  • Organise and participate in internal and customer meetings with rapid response to all follow-up requests and actions to enable project delivery and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Manage risk (positive and negative) and contingencies proactively
  • Lead issue investigation, problem solving and resolution efforts
  • Manage the scope-of-work, budget, and change orders as required
  • Line manage assigned delivery team members
  • Partner with other Project Managers to develop and implement business process improvement
Requirements for eClinical Project Manager:
  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences desirable (or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in eClinical / Clinical Research project management
  • Experience within clinical research, mHealth and /or healthcare, is mandatory
  • Line management experience is desirable
  • Proven ability to lead and guide teams to quality, on schedule delivery
  • Deep understanding of the clinical trial process, challenges and design
  • Understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) technology platforms
  • Understanding of Scrum and Agile Methodologies for SDLC
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Office, MS Project, User Flows
  • Understands and utilizes project management practices and terminology
  • Experience monitoring the use of consistent tools and methodologies
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills including the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks conforming to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal or no supervision
  • Strong customer service skills (phone skills, in person, email)
  • In depth knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements; i.e., GCP and ICH guidelines.
