Job Description

HR Learning & Development Project Specialist: 18-month contract role
Our client is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company and they are seeking to hire HR Training and Development Manager. The Global Learning & Development Project Specialist will provide operational support to the Head of Learning & Development in developing learning and development solutions.

Operationally implement the L&D projects in accordance with the roadmap to build the skills and capabilities to ensure a high-performance culture.
Proactively manage the regular curation updates and communication plan required for each learning path.
Lead the continuous improvement reviews of the Academy resources to ensure best practice learning interventions the drive business performance.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure programmes are meeting overall business needs.
Together with Head of L&D and Head of TM operationally develop L&D solutions to support the ongoing development in accordance with the identified development needs (following the output of talent reviews cycle).
Together with Head of L&D and Head of TM complete a review of psychometric assessments that will support the development of management and leadership capabilities that will provide a more user-friendly and cost efficient solution.
Together with Head of L&D working closely with business to support the mentoring programme and future expansion of this network in 2018.
Together with Head of TA develop and deploy the interview competency skills training to the HR and management communities.
work closely with local HR team to operationally manage the training deployment for new HR systems.
Ensure Compliance with site EHS systems and procedures
Responsible for ensuring that all accident/incidents/near misses are reported in a timely manner and subsequently investigated with effective corrective /preventative actions put in place where required to prevent re-occurrence.

Educational Qualifications:
Degree level 8, CIPD or CITD qualified
A proven track experience of management experience in development and soft skills training
An experience of leading 'Learning and Development' initiatives i.e. training coaching, learning initiatives.
