Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the HR team in the achievement of strategic objectives and enable the implementation of business and people strategy through the design and implementation of pragmatic initiatives.

To assist the business in leading, motivating, developing and empowering employees in line with competencies, policies and procedures.

Business Strategy
Working with the wider HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive recruitment and on boarding experience for all new employees and for creating a high performing and efficient Talent Acquisition function that ensures that we have the right people, in the right place at the right time.
Main Responsibilities
Be responsible for the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes;
Lead all site related TA activities and on boarding processes;
Design and implement effective and innovative strategies to source the right talent for the company;
Manage the full end to end recruitment and selection process at all levels, from graduate to senior management;
Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders in the recruitment process - candidates, hiring managers, HR colleagues and provide advice on recruitment processes and procedures;
Coach and develop recruitment skills and capability with functional directors and line managers;
Review our recruitment methods on an ongoing basis, ensuring that creative and cost efficient options are considered to drive quality candidates;
Screen candidates, carry out interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process;
Guide internal employees through the internal application process;
Benchmark and review current recruitment and selection policies by networking both inside and outside organisation to ensure up-to-date knowledge of best practice;
Ensure all candidates, internal and external, receive full feedback and communication at all stages of the process;
Measure the performance of the Recruitment function in line with KPIs;
Work with the HR team to manage recruitment to optimise the recruitment budget in the pursuit of talent for the business;
Ensure that all internal and external resourcing touchpoints demonstrate that we are an employer of choice and a 'great place to work'.
Promote a positive recruitment process as well as creating awareness of the company brand;
Ad hoc projects and duties as required

Recruitment
Lead all site related TA activities and core induction process together with the HR Specialist.
Responsible for optimising the TA budget in the pursuit of talent for the business.
Responsible for the continuous improvement of the associated TA processes

Role Requirements
Minimum 5 years' TA experience from an agency or in-house background, (ideally in a manufacturing environment)
Strong TA experience, hiring technical and professional candidate
HR/Business degree qualification
CIPD or equivalent accreditation is desirable
Strong employment legislation knowledge
Excellent written and spoken English language skills are essential
Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience dealing with a high volume of roles at varying levels
The ability to prioritise and multitask
Experience running TA assessment centres and using psychometric tools
Experience of recruitment analysis and reporting
Experience of working in a complex, fast-moving environment
Project management approach and results focused ways of working
Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage
Ability to work on own initiative with a high level of responsibility
The ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels Experience of hiring/implementing graduate programs is desirable
