International Supply Chain Planner Pharma
Our client is interested in dynamic, proactive individuals who have the necessary experience in supply chain roles in a pharmaceutical environment as well as previous project management experience. It requires a person who is organised, works on own initiative and can effectively work in a cross functional team.
The Supply Planner will be responsible for the management and implementation of artwork changes & related change controls for a number of products. This will ensure compliant product is available in a timely manner in the market. The Planner will support a dedicated Project Team and will report directly into the Supply Chain Manager. The International Supply Planner will represent the Supply Planning team. This will involve liaising between the Project team and the Supply Planners and other functions as necessary.
They will ensure that all artwork changes incurred as a result of are implemented in a timely manner.
Activities will include reviewing medium supply plans per product with Supply Planners. It will involve the creation of associated Change Controls in the Trackwise system and ensuring the timely progression of each. Additional activities may be assigned as necessary throughout the duration of the contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Responsible to Project Lead and functional leaders for accomplishing assigned tasks on project schedule, on-time.
? As primary point of contact, accountable for the Supply Planning function?s tasks.
? Expected to lead sub-projects within the scope of the project, securing resources with Planning Manager as needed.
? Responsible for communicating status updates of assigned tasks to the Project Team in a timely fashion
? Raises issues in a timely manner, following appropriate escalation plan guidance.
? Attend weekly and monthly project meetings. Set up meetings with Supply Planners to implement changes.
? Creation of Action Items and submission of Change Controls in Trackwise for approval. Ensure closure of same in a timely manner.
? Ensure set dates are completed in a timely manner in SAP/ECC
? Review of supply plans by product with each Supply Planner.
? Expected to lead sub-projects within the scope of the project, securing the needed resources by consulting with their functional management
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? Degree in Business, Engineering or Operations Management, or equivalent
? Proven experience in various and growing supply chain roles in a regulated environment.
? Project Management (Lead or Support)
? Knowledge of Change Controls and Trackwise management system is beneficial.
? Knowledge of Artwork & Regulatory updates in a pharmaceutical environment.
? SAP R/3 experience +
? APO Supplier Network Planner
? Lean and or Six Sigma Certification (Black or Green Belt) background preferable
? APICS certified ? Certified in Production and Inventory Management preferable
