International Supply Planner Dublin
The International Supply Planner responsibility will include representing the Supply Planning team. This will involve liaising between the Project team and the Supply Planners and other functions as necessary.
The Planner will be responsible for the creation of standard action items for each Change Control in the Trackwise system, ensure dates are set in the Artwork Management System (SAMs) and completion of actions items and closure of Change Controls in a timely manner. The Planner will have insight into inventory levels, packaging schedules and will have access to SAP and APO for Supply Planning activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to Project Lead and functional leaders for accomplishing assigned tasks on the project schedule, on-time.
As the primary point of contact, accountable for the function?s tasks.
Expected to lead sub-projects within the scope of the project, securing the needed resources by consulting with their functional management.
Responsible for communicating status updates of assigned tasks to the Project Team in a timely fashion
Raises issues in a timely manner, following appropriate escalation plan guidance.
Attend weekly and monthly project meetings. Set up meetings with Planners to implement changes.
Creation of Action Items and submission of Change Controls in Trackwise for approval. Ensure closure of same in a timely manner.
Ensure set dates are completed in a timely manner in Artwork Management System(SAMs)
Expected to lead sub-projects within the scope of the project, securing the needed resources by consulting with their functional management
Will report into the Supply Planning Manager.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business, Engineering or Operations Management, or equivalent
Proven experience in various and growing supply chain roles including project related roles.
Knowledge of Change Control and Trackwise management system
Knowledge of or experience in the implementation of product in new artwork in a Pharma environment
SAP R/3 experience +
APO Supplier Network Planner
Collaboration, Cross Functional experience.
Being able to demonstrate playing a major role in a large system implementation
Lean and or Six Sigma Certification (Black or Green Belt) background preferable
APICS certified ? Certified in Production and Inventory Management preferable
