Job Description
Our client, a highly profitable fast growing biotech company based in Dublin, now seeks a Market Access Manager to manage and co-ordinate the development/adaptation of health technology assessment (HTA) submissions.
The successful candidate will support pricing and HTA submissions for new and existing products, including epidemiological inputs and comprehensive budget impact models.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing, supporting and operationalising product pricing, the business case process for both tender submissions and new product submissions and performing the required pricing analytics.

Requirements for Market Access Manager:
Bachelors Degree in a relevant technical or scientific discipline. Masters or Doctorate in a relevant medical data analytic field such as health economics, epidemiology, and biostatistics is highly desirable.
5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with demonstrated knowledge in Market Access processes and supporting functions.
Proven experience in Market Access, Pharmaceutical Pricing, Health Economics and Health Service Knowledge.
Focussed on evidence based analytical decision making.
Experience developing decision making tools to support tender submissions.
Modelling assumptions and inputs for cost-utility submissions.
Epidemiological assumptions and inputs into patient flow analysis.
Strong problem solving & analytical skills; ability to digest & solve complex problems.
Highly organised; ability to prioritise; time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
