Job Description

HR Organisational Development Manager
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the HR Organisational Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring that organisational change initiatives introduced to help further its business objectives and are in line with its corporate vision and mission.
The HR Organisational Development Manager will be to ensure the smoothest possible transition to such initiatives including required discussion and consultation with relevant bodies, including trades unions. The HR Organisational Development Manager will provide a mentoring role for the organisation to implement change. HR Organisational Development Manager will strive to achieve quick adoption of change and ensure efficient understanding and training in order to achieve new initiatives and projects.
HR Organisational Development Manager will also engage with key teams to help them integrate their divisions/departments with crucial change management initiatives undertaken by the organisation.

Determine organisational skillset needs based on 2016 - 2020 strategic plan
Conduct capacity audit of the organisation against skill set needs.
Create a structured organisational change management plan linked to corporate vision and mission and foster a positive acceptance of change.
Develop a staff consultation/communications programme related to change initiatives
Develop innovative strategies for the management of change with particular emphasis on value for money initiatives and improved service quality
Establish parameters to measure the early adoption, effective utilisation and proficiency to new change initiatives for individual employees as well as groups or departments.
Identify deviations in performance from the change standards and implement strategies for corrective action to achieve full organisational adoption to change.
Maintain a close connection between HR, training and communication departments to ensure a smooth transition to change.
Work closely with all key stakeholders, in the management of strategic and operational change programmes/projects.
Carry out audits on organisational change and development initiatives and introduce innovative solutions, where appropriate.
Provide the necessary leadership to facilitate and support the on-going introduction of organisational change & development.
Devise and implement career management policies and prepare management / staff succession plans.
Create specific plans with respect to staff development and training associated with organisational development plans. Produce related training budgets
Carry out such other duties as may be assigned to the post from time to time by the Head of Human Resources.

Education and Experience
You must have a relevant 3rd Level Qualification in a relevant Business Management or related qualification.
You will have 5-7 years' experience in the Organisational Development and or HR field with a proven track record in the delivery of change management programmes.
