Payroll Administrator

Our client in Galway is reviewing CV for immediate start for a Payroll Administrator

Processing of Weekly Payroll & reporting of weekly metrics.
Controlling and recording of social welfare certs /cheques /maternity forms/maternity cheque's and dealing with Social Welfare employee issues.
General administration of the system and troubleshooting any issues. (Kronos)
Using SAP and our internal databases to post bank journals for both employee's expenses and wages.
Compiling of weekly absenteeism reports to the Value Stream Managers and Supervisors for all employees.
Updating and running various daily and weekly metrics for payroll.
Assisting and resolving employee pay and HR related queries.
Assisting and resolving supervisor and manager related queries

Degree level . With 2 years in Payroll and Administration experience.
