Senior Production Supervisor
Our client, a large multinational blue chip healthcare manufacturing company based in Munster now wishes to recruit a Senior Production Supervisor. This role will provide the hire with a development opportunity to progress into a Operations Manager role.
The successful candidate will take ownership in providing team leadership to a high performing and well developed team committed to increased quality and productivity.
Previous supervisory/management experience within a high paced highly regulated environment is essential.
Scope of this Senior Production Supervisor:
This hire will be fully responsible for the staffing plan, team development and ensuring team optimisation and the control of fixed costs, while oversee the execution of the Continuous Buiness Process in an ISO, cGMP and FDA regulated environment.
Requirements for Senior Production Supervisor:
Must have minimum of Bachelor?s Degree in Science or Engineering or similar discipline.
Ideally 8+ years? experience in a GMP Manufacturing environment, 4 years of which people management experience.
Proven experience with lean manufacturing or six sigma techniques.
Must be able to demonstrate personal leadership experience, leading positive employee engagement.
Have excellent working knowledge of manufacturing and industry ?best practice?.
Be action oriented complemented by the resilience to achieve challenging objectives.
Must be a pro-active self-starter and an excellent communicator with exceptional problem solving skills.
