Job Description
Our client, a blue-chip multinational pharma company, now seeks a Supplier Relationship Manager on a permanent basis for their site based in Dublin.
The successful candidate will act as primary contact for all business collaborations and drive continuous improvement of the overall business relationship.
Responsibilities for Supplier Relationship Manager:
Identification, evaluation, selection and management of CMOs and will be responsible for the management of assigned externally manufactured pharmaceutical relationships including ongoing contractual oversight.
Monitoring the ExMfg Metrics program to include monitoring the performance of CMOs and ensuring compliance with contractual terms. The successful candidate will also lead Annual Business Review process and associated Contract Monitor Annual Review to communicate performance status of CMO.
Requirements for Supplier Relationship Manager:
Bachelor?s degree in engineering, chemistry, pharmacy or related sciences
Ideally will have qualification with a CPM or Project Management Certification.
5+ year?s relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical or related industry is required.
In-depth understanding of strategic sourcing methodology, together with a demonstrable knowledge of suppliers, industry trends and emerging players in global pharmaceutical manufacturing services.
Previous negotiation, financial, project and resource management will be advantageous.
Strong, concise communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade whilst working across various levels of the organisation.
