Senior Supply Chain Analyst

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for working within the Customer Service team supporting Global Supply Chain, this individual will also lead or partner with team members across the organization to support new and ongoing business reporting, analytical and training needs
This is an initial contract position however there is an excellent possibility of been made permanent, I can provide more information on request.
Responsibilities of Senior Supply Chain Analyst
? Manage the delivery of current standard reports, metrics and executive dashboards
? Interpret and understand data in order to identify risks and opportunities as well as root cause analysis
? Assemble, analyze and evaluate information and data from multiple sources (Planning, Logistics, Quality etc.)
? Manage reporting to various stakeholders within Customer Service ? communicate risks and identify enhancement opportunities
? Utilize current and future technology solutions ? SAP, Business Objects and Qlikview to standardize and enhance reporting where possible
? Assemble, analyze, interpret and evaluate data from multiple sources to drive analysis and business insight
? Represent the business and participate in the IT issue resolution and resourcing meetings to identify gaps and or constraints
? Interact with and present to management regarding analytical results and proposed solutions
? Work with stakeholders and their teams to develop solutions
- Ability to develop and maintain key performance indicators - including data maintenance and process management, which may include raw data extraction and static report generation and communication to the appropriate stakeholders.
Requirements of the Senior Supply Chain Analyst
? Degree in Supply Chain/MIS/Business or equivalent
? 4-5 years? experience in a Pharmaceutical or Healthcare environment.
? Experience in SAP ? OTC preferably
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel (data extraction, advanced formulas, pivot tables, add-in, etc)
