Supply Chain Manager
Our client, is a major multinational pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Dublin, now seek a Supply Chain Manager for their pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.

The successful candidate will develop and implement API supply strategies in line with corporate and site strategies. This role is part of a Global Supply Chain team, working to resolve customer service, capacity or supply challenges and identify opportunities to drive performance.

Responsibilities for Supply Chain Manager:
Manage production planning and scheduling for internal manufacturing operations.
Lead the development of the site?s Supply Chain planning capabilities with the main goals of achieving customer service levels and optimising inventory holdings while aligning with end-to-end supply chain strategies.
Lead the site Sales & Operations Planning process to align all site stakeholders in support of one agreed business plan and ensure that we are budget-ready through the year.
Develop and control annual budget planning activities and support Finance in the development and analysis of quarterly projections and associated risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with relevant cross-functional groups to assure appropriate sourcing strategies are in place for all materials in the portfolio and to develop vendor qualification plans, review vendor performance and optimize raw material receipt and release strategies.
Develop and review supply chain KPIs and make recommendations for performance improvement.

Requirements for this Supply Chain Manager:
Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Sciences or Engineering.
5+ years? experience in pharmaceutical Planning or Operations roles and will have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in project management and in the use of project management techniques and tools are desirable for this role.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical, communication, critical thinking and problem solving ability.
The successful candidate will have experience in working in global teams.
