Supply Chain Manager

This role is based in Dublin, the role will be directly responsible for end to end management of the supply chain.

Job Spec
Support integration of a portfolio of newly acquired products production focussing on the production planning and order management
Support initiation and implementation of corporate serialisation project by:
Coordinating internal activity and liaising with internal stakeholders
Primary liaison with implementation partner and SC partners
Taking the lead for master data management and setting up necessary controls and procedures
Set up a new cross-functional meeting/process to review current and planned change controls
Review of change controls raised to determine supply chain impact.
Review freight and distribution network and import/export licenses and practices
Support implementation of corporate S&OP process documenting and administering process and initiating meetings and reports
Support any procurement tenders for services
Review current SC planning and reporting templates and optimise where necessary implementing SOPs where appropriate
Review and optimise SC data and folders

Person Spec
Excellent analytical, organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills are mandatory
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence planning decisions at CMO's
Strong leadership skills, self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to work well with diverse staff and stakeholders in multiple locations
Five-years experience and demonstrated knowledge in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain operations
Maintain/develop strong relationships with supply chain counterparts in the internal and external contractors to facilitate continuous performance improvement.
Strong knowledge of master scheduling, capacity planning, materials management, import/export,
SAP supply chain functionality, MS Office, project management and analytical tools
Supply Chain or Business degree or higher APICS CPIM and/or CSCP preferred
