Director of Supply Chain
Director of Supply Chain is required covering maternity leave. Based in Dublin and reporting to the CFO, the role will be directly responsible for end to end management of the supply chain.

The position directly manages day to day operational supply issues to include liaising with contract manufacturers on resolving supply issues and working closely with senior executive team members (including sales, regulatory, quality and finance) in relation to supply chain strategy, supply management, inventory management, analysis and reporting.

In addition to the day to day responsibilities, this role is responsible for developing and executing supply chain requirements for business acquisitions and divestments in conjunction with senior executive team members and contractors.

This role will require a "hands-on" approach, strong attention to detail, strategic ability, high numerical accuracy and analytical skills. The ability to interact with and develop relationships with senior management within the Company, contract manufacturers and other suppliers is a must. In addition to the day to day responsibilities, the person will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain requirements for business acquisitions and divestitures in conjunction with senior executive team members and contractors.


Responsibilities:
Complete oversight of end to end supply chain for all products.
Management of a two-person team based in Dublin - Supply Chain Manager & Artwork Associate.
Management of supply chain diligence process to support new product acquisitions
Development and implementation of plans with management and contractors to execute on the transition of inventory to meet business needs arising on business acquisitions and disposals, including the management of integration of newly acquired products into the current supply chain.
Preparation of the unit inventory forecasts on a rolling quarterly basis (S&OP Process) or such other basis as required within supply agreements for submission to the Company's Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) or any third party provider to ensure continuity of supply while minimising excess and obsolescent inventory.
Preparation of monthly inventory analyses and reconciliations to be provided to finance team for inclusion in monthly management accounts.
Analysing inventory data on a regular basis and providing summaries and conclusions to other members of the management team as required.
Other ad-hoc projects in relation to the management and analysis of inventory.
Oversight & responsibility for the implementation of DSCSA requirements with all relevant CMOs/Packagers.
Management of 3PL relationship in relation to warehousing, inventory and distribution.
Coordination with Customs Agents to support product shipments.


Requirements:
5-7 years supply chain management experience in a manufacturing environment in the pharma industry, and currently working in a senior management role with hands-on hands-once in the day to day management of the supply chain.
Degree in related field is preferred, postgraduate degree or professional qualification a significant advantage.
Previous experience in performing diligence & acquisitions is advantageous
Strong background in S&OP processes, procurement, inventory management and forecasting.
Strong IT know-how, advanced Excel skills combined with strong analytical and organisational skills
Excellent customer focus, communication skills and ability to work in a team.
