Supply Chain Planner, Customer Service
Our client, a blue-chip multinational biopharma company based in Dublin, now seeks a Customer Service Planner responsible for providing a key link in Supply Chain between Customers and inter-company and third party supply sites in accordance with GDP.
The successful candidate will liaise with Global/Regional Supply Chain & Quality regarding redeployments, allocations, product launches, change controls, etc. Also, manage receipt and entry of Market orders & placing of MROs on Contractors.
This is a 12 month contract role with potential to go permanent.
Responsibilities of Supply Chain Planner, Customer Service:
Resolve discrepancies in quantity & timing of market orders, MRO's and forecasts
Issue required shipping documents, certify with local chamber of commerce and legalize with relevant embassies
Receive and forward customer complaints as per established procedures. Follow up and expedite for prompt resolution
Comply with all Regulatory/Finance/EHS/ Security compliance procedures
Meet Finance deadline for month and year end sales reporting.
Requirements for Supply Chain Planner, Customer Service:
Candidates will have a minimum Diploma qualification in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering. APICS certification would be a distinct advantage.
3+ years' experience in Supply Chain / customer service role in pharma.
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP.
Proven knowledge of customer service standards, order processing and invoicing
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to prioritise, organise and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and organizations
