Supply Chain Planner, Pharma
Our client, a blue-chip multinational pharma company, now seeks a Customer Service Planner responsible for providing a key link in Supply Chain between Customers and inter-company and CMO sites in accordance with GDP.
The successful candidate will liaise with Global/Regional Supply Chain & Quality regarding redeployments, allocations, product launches, change controls, etc. Also, manage receipt and entry of Market orders & placing of MROs on Contractors.
This is a 12 month contract role.
Responsibilities of Supply Chain Planner, Customer Service:
Resolve discrepancies in quantity & timing of market orders, MRO?s and forecasts
Issue required shipping documents, certify with local chamber of commerce and legalize with relevant embassies
Receive and forward customer complaints as per established procedures. Follow up and expedite for prompt resolution
Obtain forecasts for API from the Contractors and Customers, consolidate, validate demand and supply agreements.
Responsible for submission of forecast to CMO?s in a timely manner
Liaise with Replenishment Planners relating to customer requirements and orders.
Liaise with freight forwarders for outbound shipments.
Liaise with QC for QP inspection and release of Drug Products.
Receipt and processing of supplier invoices and following up on price discrepancies and payment queries.
Issue invoices to customers.
Meet Finance deadline for month and year end sales reporting.
Comply with all Regulatory/Finance/EHS/ Security compliance procedures
Requirements for Supply Chain Planner, Customer Service:
Candidates will have a minimum Diploma qualification in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering. APICS certification would be a distinct advantage.
3+ years? experience in Supply Chain / customer service role in pharma.
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP.
Proven knowledge of customer service standards, order processing and invoicing
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to prioritise, organise and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and organizations
