Our client is an exciting, rapidly expanding cell engineering technology business, poised to make an important breakthrough in the next generation cell and gene therapies. This important, exciting role offers a unique opportunity to join a well-funded start-up, with field-leading advisors, and a highly experienced technical/operational team. Our client is currently developing the clinical (cGMP) technology embodiment while enhancing its dataset, implementing its commercialisation strategy, and building out the team.

Job Spec
This role is a unique opportunity to support the Technology Transfer of our client’s technology to external parties, which include cell therapy product developers, cell therapy manufacturers and research organisations. Our client is supported with field-leading advisors, and a highly experienced technical/operational team. You as a key member of the Process Development team will be focused on formulating, executing and overseeing transfer of the Technology while also serving as subject matter expert at external sites regarding the technology. You will work closely with our project leadership team and collaborate with numerous external organizations and partners.

? Work with Tech Transfer and Technical Operations team for efficient process design and transfer of Technology
? Coordinate with Project Leaders and external clients the logistics and planning of Technology Transfer activities
? Support the development of research plans with external parties evaluating the technology
? Support Technology transfer to external parties, including providing technical background and documentation
? Provide hands on training and technical oversight at external sites evaluating the technology
? Build strong professional relationships with external scientists and engineers’ evaluation technology Page 2 of 3
? Investigate and troubleshoot experimental studies in support of external studies
? Maintain good communication with both internal and external stakeholders involved in Technology Transfer
? Develop, execute and analyse laboratory studies evaluating the technology
? Establish cross-functional relationships within houses teams

Person Spec
? Minimum M.S. degree, ideally in Life Sciences or Engineering related field
? A minimum of 3+ years of experience in biologics or cell therapy industry
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
? Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP and ATMP requirements desirable
? Experience in technology transfer and/or demonstrable track record for academic/industrial collaborations desirable
? Significant travel (up to 40%) will be required to external sites, primarily in the US
• Demonstrated problem-solving/troubleshooting capability
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, efficient in both written and oral communication
• Capability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team with scientists, engineers, and project managers
• Ability to maintain timelines and drive project execution to meet corporate expectations
